We are so glad you booked a service with us and can’t wait to see you! Reading through our policies will help us to serve you better. We request that our guests arrive a little early for their scheduled appointment. When they do, we’ll have beverages and the latest fashion magazines waiting. Our retail area of Aveda and Oribe products is also available for browsing and shopping.

Element 5 Salon will be implementing a small service fee to keep up with the rising costs of professional products and supplies.

Product Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Element 5 Salon that is unused or slightly used.  Bring in your original receipt for a credit refund, exchange or store credit.  All sales are considered final for hairbrushes and/or tools.

Redo Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your hair service from Element 5 Salon, contact the salon within 48 hours of the original service.
